CUVEE CHARACTERISTICS:

. Our soils are mechanically worked, there is no herbicide applied

. It is the largest (1ha34) and oldest (60 years) of my plots with a southwest exposure, 100% made with the Chardonnay grape variety, from the plot called “Les Vendières” in VERT-TOULON

. Selection from the harvest 2018.

. Malolactic fermentation.

. Barreling for 26% (of 4 Meursault wines), just after the harvest until disgorging in June. The wine has been agitated three times and the remaining 74% are aged into stainless steel vats.

. Dosage: 0 g/l (brut nature)
